The TRONC. 180 Usuba TS243 is a compact Japanese pull saw with a 180 mm thin dozuki-style blade and natural striped maple-and-cherry wood handle, designed for delicate craft and finish work in tight spaces. Its 0.3 mm blade and narrow 0.51 mm kerf produce clean, precise cuts in MDF, plywood, general timber, bamboo, laminates, laminated wood, and particle board.
The handle is crafted in Miki City from layered maple and cherry, measuring 190 mm with a hanging hole for convenient wall storage, and uses an antique-colored GB-plated screw to complement workshop interiors. The blade features special surface treatment for rust resistance and reduced resin build-up, laser-marked specifications, and impulse-hardened teeth for long-lasting sharpness. The straight wood handle and compact format make the saw easy to control in small work areas or when carried in a toolbox, and the replaceable blade system accepts compatible 180 mm Usuba blades.
