Where are Fox Knives made?

Since 1977, Fox Knives has been based in Northern Italy. While the knives are hand-assembled and hand-sharpened by Fox Knives, the final product is a collaboration between family businesses in the community. One family laser etches the blade while another supplies materials for the handle.

How do you sharpen Fox Knives?

To sharpen Fox Knives, you can either use sharpening stones or sharpening rods. Move the knife back and forth over the sharpening tool at a 10-20 degree angle. Make sure to start at the base and go towards the tip. Repeat these steps on the other side of the blade.
