The blades on MHG chisels are manufactured through a combination of heat and compression along their entire length. Afterward, the blades are polished and the face is ground flat. This ensures the MHG chisel is optimally shaped for even the finest work.
What sizes do MHG chisels come in?
MHG chisels come in both a standard size and a short size. Measuring 205 mm, the shorter chisel fits nicely in your hand.The standard size MHG chisels vary in length according to the blade width. For reference, the 6 mm MHG chisel is 245 mm long and the 26 mm chisel is 275 mm long.
