Plumber's Knife VVS

The Hultafors Plumber's Knife VVS is a craftsman's knife built around one job plumbers do all day: cleaning up cut pipe. One side of the blade carries an integrated file, so you can remove burrs from the pipe end with the same tool you used to trim it, without reaching for a separate deburring tool.
The blade is German knife steel, 2.5 mm stainless steel hardened to 57–59 HRC, a sensible choice for a tool that spends its life around water. It is a drop-point shape, 93 mm long, and the cutting edge is sharpened in several stages before a final honing on a leather strop, so it arrives ready to work.
Both the handle and the holster are moulded from super-durable polypropylene. The holster uses Hultafors' button-mount system: slip a button on your work trousers or jacket through the hole, pull the holster down and snap the cover firmly closed. It will not work loose while you move, yet it comes off in seconds by undoing the cover. The holster also fits on a belt; if your belt is thick, simply cut away the small pin on the cover. The VVS fits the same holster as the Hultafors Craftsman's Knife HVK.
