Silky Katanaboy 500 mm Folding Saw, Extra Large Teeth

The Silky Katanaboy 500 is a two-handed folding saw with a 500 mm blade, Silky's answer to the chainsaw for trail work, forestry and camp. Extra large teeth (5 per 30 mm) and a long two-handed GOM rubber handle let you put your whole body into each pull stroke, so it fells and bucks logs that would stop any ordinary hand saw. Silky's MIRAI-ME teeth are precision-ground with four cutting angles, so the saw cuts on the pull stroke with little effort and leaves a smooth surface that heals quickly.

The hard chrome-plated, taper-ground blade is not impulse hardened, so it can be resharpened with a Silky file instead of being replaced. A security screw stops the blade from closing unexpectedly, and the saw folds to 665 mm to ride in the included nylon shoulder bag.
