The Silky Gomtaro 300 (Fine Teeth) offers the same balanced, mono-constructed design as the large-tooth Gomtaro 300, but with a finer tooth pattern tailored for smooth, controlled cutting. The 300mm SK4 high-carbon steel blade is hard chrome plated and taper ground, and it uses MIRAI-ME impulse-hardened teeth to produce an exceptionally clean kerf with minimal tear-out.​
The fine-tooth configuration (typically around 11 tpi / higher tooth count per 30mm) is particularly well suited for smaller branches, precision cuts, and harder or drier woods where finish quality is critical.
