BeaverCraft AX5 Chopping & Hewing Axe

The BeaverCraft AX5 is a large chopping and hewing axe built for serious timber work and campsite tasks, from preparing kindling to heavier splitting jobs. At roughly 770mm (30.3") overall, it's the longest tool in BeaverCraft's axe lineup, giving it real reach and chopping power while staying manageable for a range of users.
The head is forged from high-carbon steel, hardened to 56-58 HRC, with a convex grind and a deeply curved blade from toe to heel that provides an expansive cutting edge — well suited to limbing trees or working deep into heartwood. The long, straight Ashwood handle is treated with linseed oil and wax, offering an ergonomic grip that holds up through extended use.
Each AX5 is professionally sharpened and ready to use out of the box, with the blade securely glued and fitted to the handle. It comes with a protective cowhide leather sheath that guards the blade against the elements and scratches when not in use.
