Adler Yankee Axe Replacement Handle

This genuine Adler handle is made for the red and black Adler Yankee Axe. Turned from American hickory, the same wood as the original, it restores the 80 cm reach that gives the thin-bladed 3.5 lb Yankee head its bite when felling, limbing, and splitting. Big Bear Tools also stocks a WAGNUM version of this handle for the WAGNUM Yankee Axe. Like every Adler handle, it is made in Waghäusel, Germany, to the same standards as the handle the Yankee Axe shipped with, in Adler's red and black color combination. A boiled linseed oil finish protects the wood without hiding the grain, and the textured anti-slip grip keeps the axe planted in your hands when they are wet or gloved. Wooden and metal wedges are included, so you can re-hang the head and get straight back to work. Handle only; the axe head is not included.
