The Helle Hellefisk is an ultralight, floating fishing knife celebrated for its Scandinavian craftsmanship and practical design. Its cork handle and razor-sharp stainless steel blade make it an essential for anglers and outdoor cooks.
Designed by Tor Indergaard in 1992, the Hellefisk was created for fishing but excels in many outdoor kitchen and camp tasks. Weighing just 64 grams, this knife is easy to pack and carry on any adventure. Its cork barrel handle is warm to hold even in cold weather and will float if accidentally dropped in water, adding a unique safety feature for water-based activities. The stick tang blade, crafted from corrosion-resistant Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, is hand-sharpened to the renowned Helle sharpness for effortless filleting, slicing, and food prep. The Hellefisk comes paired with a premium leather sheath, providing protection and a secure way to store the knife in the field. Handmade in Norway, each knife reflects Helle’s signature attention to detail and quality.
