Razorsaw 180 Atsuba

The Gyokucho RAZORSAW 180 ATSUBA is a compact Japanese pull saw built for DIY projects, woodcraft, carpentry, furniture making, instrument making, and bamboo work. Its 180mm blade is 0.5mm thick — noticeably heavier-duty than Gyokucho's thinner Usuba blades — giving it the strength and stability to handle general timber, laminated wood, plywood, MDF, particle board (OSB), and composite wood panels without flexing or wandering in the cut.
The blade's curved tip lets you start cuts cleanly on a flat surface, which is especially useful for carpentry work where you need to plunge into a panel rather than cut from an edge. A crosscut tooth pattern with some rip teeth improves overall cutting quality and versatility, while Hijirime tooth-height variation clears sawdust from the kerf and keeps the cut running smoothly. Teeth are impulse-hardened for long-lasting sharpness and set outward to prevent the blade from binding in the material.
The entire handle is coated in TPE elastomer resin for a secure, comfortable grip in any working position, and a hook hole at the end of the grip makes it easy to hang for storage. The blade itself carries a special nickel surface treatment to resist rust, and the replacement blade's part number is permanently laser-marked on the blade for easy reordering. Like all RAZORSAW saws, the blade is replaceable, so you can restore factory-fresh cutting performance without replacing the whole tool.
