Description
The Silky Gomtaro 270 adds reach to the classic straight Gomtaro for larger branches and taller shrubs. Its 270 mm blade carries large teeth (8 per 30 mm) that clear fresh wood quickly, and Silky's MIRAI-ME teeth are precision-ground with four cutting angles, so the saw cuts on the pull stroke with little effort and leaves a smooth surface that heals quickly.
The taper-ground blade is hard chrome plated to resist rust and tree resin, and the non-set, impulse-hardened teeth stay sharp about three times longer than untreated teeth. The mono-constructed blade runs the full length of the GOM rubber handle, which absorbs vibration and grips well in wet or gloved hands. The saw ships in a black polypropylene sheath with a detachable belt holder.
