WOODBOY KATABA 240 (X-Fine Teeth) Extra blade

This is a genuine Silky replacement blade for the WOODBOY KATABA 240 (X-Fine Teeth) folding saw — the extra-fine-toothed version of Silky's backless WOODBOY. The saw itself has been discontinued by the manufacturer, but the blade is still available, so if you own one there's no reason to retire it. Fit a fresh blade and it cuts like new.
The 240 mm taper-ground, hard chrome-plated blade carries 32 teeth per 30 mm (about 27 teeth per inch) with a thin 0.66 mm kerf — the finest tooth configuration Silky offers in its wood saw range, for the smoothest possible finish on delicate joinery. With no reinforced back, it retains the Kataba's unlimited cutting depth and flush-cut ability. The teeth are non-set and hardened for long life and cannot be resharpened, so fitting a fresh blade is how you restore full performance. Replacement is quick and needs no tools.
Important: this blade fits the backless KATABA 240 (X-Fine Teeth) model only. It will not fit the reinforced-back WOODBOY DOZUKI 240, which also has 32 teeth per 30 mm but takes its own dedicated blade. Made in Japan.
