Adler WAGNUM Drawknife 225mm

The Adler WAGNUM Drawknife is a classic two-handled debarking and shaping knife from Adler Werkzeug's WAGNUM forestry line, forged in Waghäusel, Germany. The 225 mm blade is drop-forged from C45 carbon steel, hardened and ground to a keen bevel, then protected with the WAGNUM line's red powder coating everywhere except the cutting edge.
Pulled towards you with both hands, a drawknife removes bark and shapes wood faster than almost any other hand tool. Use it to strip logs and poles, rough out axe and tool handles, shape chair legs and spindles, or chamfer timber-frame beams. The riveted beech handles give a secure, comfortable grip, and the carbon steel blade is easy to resharpen with a file or stone for a lifetime of use.
